Recruit Express is currently seeking enthusiastic interns who are passionate about the recruitment field and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and gaining valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates by utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, evaluating qualifications, and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and provide timely feedback to applicants.
• Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment materials.
• Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements.
• Gain exposure to different aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate engagement, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Learn and adhere to recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Passionate about the recruitment field, with a genuine interest in understanding the talent landscape and industry trends.
