About your role :

As part of GrabAds' Regional Sales Operations team, you will support the Regional Sales Analyst across South East Asia. You'll support our teams in documenting processes, capturing & analyzing data, conducting research and writing reports. You will also work cross-functionally to support our Business Analyst and CRM teams to ensure effective synergy between the whole Regional Sales Operations team.

Performance Analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs

Planning and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement

Research and analysis in support of sales operations

Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data

Help to launch new initiatives

Learning Objectives :

Applied data analysis, translation of data into effective insights

Practical experience with varied business activities

Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with experienced and accomplished business professionals

Opportunity to attend business meetings

Internal stakeholder management

Requirements :

Available full time for the period of the internship

Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing, Analytics, Media or Communications

Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to transmit across different level stakeholders

Proficient in productivity and data analysis tools (Word, Excel, Slides, Docs, Sheets, other sales CRM tools.
