1. Warehouse Operations

Count and update stock movement (in/out) for both booths and TikTok Shop. Prepare online parcels: log in to TikTok account, download airway bills, document parcel details in Excel, pack and label parcels, and print manifests. Arrange booth and warehouse supplies (bags, tester strips, filling materials, etc.). Fold perfume boxes, assemble packaging, and assist in filling or labeling processes once new stock arrives.

2. Office Operations

Update warehouse inventory tracking sheet and maintain accurate records. Assist in social media updates related to upcoming events, promotions, and content coordination.

3. Booth Operations

Assist in booth setup and dismantling during events or roadshows. Support promoters during operation hours, learning sales techniques and product knowledge. Conduct basic event research; identifying upcoming locations or fairs suitable for booth participation. Observe and report booth performance, customer responses, and improvement suggestions.

4. Special Project

Support recruitment and documentation of promoters. Handle stock requests, replacements, or returns for the project.
Requirements:

For male candidate only Minimum diploma in any business related programme Good communication and basic computer skills ( Excel, Word, Google Sheets) Able to work independently and as part of the team
Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
