Job Description
Assist in promoting workplace safety and health by supporting inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training activities. Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and participate in continuous improvement of the safety management system.
Assist in the development video for Safety Standard & Working Procedure,
Assist in conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety training programs for employees, including topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Participate in incident investigations to analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Support the maintenance of health and safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records
Stay updated on relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Provide general administrative support to the Health and Safety Department, including data entry, file organization, and report preparation.
