Retail sales of cosmetic and health products through online platforms.
Job Scope :
Assist in conducting online market research to identify beauty & health product trends and opportunities.
Support the creation and execution of
digital marketing campaigns
(social media, e-commerce platforms, email marketing).
Help generate leads and engage with potential customers through online platforms.
Assist in handling customer inquiries, comments, and messages via social media or online marketplaces.
Promote products during online campaigns, live sessions, and digital promotions.
Support in managing and updating online store listings, marketing databases, and content.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and online sales.
Assist in preparing reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related fields.
Strong interest in
digital marketing, online sales, and customer engagement
.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
Good communication skills (spoken & written).
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Able to commit to the internship duration required by the university.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
