Description

To provide support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

1. Updating Group Status Report
2. Updating banquet summary
3. Issuance of contract rates to agents
4. Issuance of quotation
5. Issuance of Letter of agreement to clients
6. Compilation of Sales activities
7. Updating corporate listing
8. Issuance of Proforma Invoice to clients
9. Updating of confirm groups on a daily basis
10. Filing of all quotation
