DKSH is a leading Market Expansion Services provider with a global presence across various industries. We are looking for a highly motivated SAP ERP Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP ERP applications, focusing on core business processes such as Finance, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Replenishment Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and Distribution. The intern will work closely with our experienced professionals to support and optimize our ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP ERP modules.
• Support the Finance, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Replenishment Planning, Purchasing, Sales, and Distribution teams with daily operations.
• Participate in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, Finance, Business Analytics, International Business Management, Information Science, Business Computing, BIT (Industrial Intelligent Systems), Management (Technology), or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum 3 - 6 months internship
