They specialize in renovation, long rent and co-living rental arrangements, providing condominiums to owners, students and office workers for their ownstay and accommodation needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern at Truzhome Sdn Bhd located in Puchong. The Intern will be responsible for assisting with property management and renovation tasks, conducting market research, coordinating viewing appointments and lease agreements, and providing customer service to owners, students, and office workers. The Intern will also support the team in administrative tasks and project coordination. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Background or interest in property management or real estate is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
