The ACE team develops leading solutions for Southeast Asia, making Grab a top delivery platform, using customer feedback to design features.
Get to Know the Role
Collaborate with top regional engineers to aid millions of customers by developing mobile apps used by tens of millions daily, ensuring seamless service with failure and fallback solutions. You will be reporting to the Software Engineering Manager II. This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will onboard to Grab mobile app development for GrabFood eater.
• You will develop technical documentation, including code comments, diagrams, and guide.
• You will troubleshoot complex issues using debugging tools and techniques.
• You will communicate solutions to partners and update customers, staying informed on iOS trends to improve processes and quality.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Only for candidates who are available to start in July 2025 and able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship.
• You have a major in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology/Science, or related fields
• You have basic knowledge in programming tools and languages such as Swift, Python
• You have an ability to structure data and write algorithms
• You have proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
