About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Intern, Strategic Planning & Performance Support. The intern will provide administrative support to the Head of Strategic Planning & Performance and the Chief of Staff, as well as assist with day-to-day activities, filing for tenders, drafting official letters to government officials, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is interested in learning about the operations of a strategic planning and performance department and is eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to the Head of Strategic Planning & Performance and the Chief of Staff, including scheduling meetings, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining calendars. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the filing and tracking of tenders, ensuring that all necessary documents are filed in a timely and organized manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Draft official letters to government officials in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring that all correspondence is well-written, professional, and meets the required standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the coordination of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, setting up conference rooms, and preparing materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including research, data analysis, and project management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a professional demeanour and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in business administration, finance, strategic planning, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
