Key Responsibilities . Learn and contribute to one of the following Organisation Enabling Network initiatives such as but not limited to: Workforce Management Communications and Engagement . As needed, support key initiatives in the planning, execution and evaluation phase. This entails: Project planning (process development, organizing team setup, supporting the team in agile ways of working, delivering input to the work) Performing specific deep dive reviews and analyses that inform or enable high-level decision-making on people transformation change initiatives . Collaborate with various cross functional project teams to propose creative and efficient solutions . Performing other relevant support activities as and when required We are looking for someone who is: . Undergraduate students or recent graduate from a reputable university . Curious and creative mind that enjoys rethinking ways of working . Proficient and creative in writing, familiar with social media or digital marketing . A team player who is highly collaborative, works well in a diverse team and has a strong sense of accountability . Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and write in Mandarin is highly desirable. .
