Employment type: Internship
Responsibilities:
- Assist Planners to release manufacturing orders.
- Check CO daily and send to respective Planners & commit ship date in system.
- Retrieve & prepare weekly reports , compile information from Planners and email to related department(s).
- Follow-up with forwarder for freight invoices.
- Check open orders and follow-up delivery with suppliers.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor / manager.
Requirements:
- Training periods start on Feb / March 2023, minimum 3 months.
- Undergraduate - Diploma / Degree in Business / any related field.
- Intermediate user in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Good in documenting and communication skills.
- Possess own transportation.
