Reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, this internship opportunity is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our talent acquisition department and its\' growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Interview scheduling in Malaysia and other parts of the APAC region, adjusting based on regional bandwidth.
• Support recruiting administration, including maintaining candidate databases and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and manage recruitment reports, ensuring accurate tracking of hiring metrics and processes.
• Collection of documents from candidates upon the acceptance of offer.

• Supports recruitment administration for TA Partners.
• Liaise with HRBPs on new hire admin onboarding.

Key requirements:

• Currently pursuing diploma/degree in any relevant fields.
• Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
• Punctuality
