Job Summary :As a Tech Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Bloomthis. Fulfillment Operations. You will be involved in various stages of the fulfillment process, including production, logistics, and customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer and be exposed to AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Software Development. This is a full-time role with expected weekly working hours of 40 hours. The role will be hybrid, with a combination of remote work and in-person collaboration.Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential technical solutions.
• Assist in technical troubleshooting and bug fixing to unblock business problems.
• Manage Kanban boards to track technical issues.
• Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing existing business support systems for potential improvements.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Operations Leaders to uncover platform challenges.
• Provide general support to the Chief Technology Officer as needed.

Job RequirementsQualifications:

• Undergraduate student or Bachelor\'s degree holder, preferably in Analytics, Data Science, Software, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of server-side languages (PHP or Python).
• Knowledge of web application frameworks (Laravel or Django).
• Knowledge of fundamental frontend languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of developing RESTful API services.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
