Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the world's leading automotive companies, delivering premium and luxury vehicles and services globally. Global Service & Parts (GSP) manages the worldwide After-Sales Service & Parts business.
Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific operates a Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai, Johor, serving as a key distribution hub for spare parts and accessories across 24 Asia Pacific countries.
As an Intern, Technical Quality Control, you will support the Technical Quality team in daily operations, quality coordination activities, and technical documentation, while gaining hands-on exposure to automotive parts logistics and quality management processes.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Quality team in daily quality-related operations to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Support the team in handling quality inquiries, documentation, and basic follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in parts verification activities and provide administrative or technical support during warehouse inspections.
• Support the preparation of quality reports, trackers, and presentations for internal use.
• Assist in customer escalation cases by compiling information, photos, and supporting documents for review.
• Support the team in packaging improvement initiatives, including data collection and observations.
• Assist with PSL parts return processes, including data entry and coordination.
• Assist in technical evaluations and investigations by preparing documentation and basic analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives by collecting data, mapping workflows, and identifying gaps for review by the team.
• Perform any other ad-hoc support tasks related to Technical Quality operations as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Or any related discipline.

Specific Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge or strong interest in automotive parts, logistics, or quality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn technical systems and quality processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Prior internship or exposure to logistics / warehouse / quality operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
