1. IT Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. Support system updates, backups, and data security practices. Help manage company e-commerce platforms and digital tools. Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, connectivity). Assist in testing and deploying new IT solutions. Document IT processes and provide user-friendly guides.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and networks. Familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools. Eager to learn, problem-solving mindset, and detail-oriented.

2. Admin Intern

Responsibilities:

Support daily office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling). Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations. Manage communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain accurate records and update company databases. Help coordinate meetings, events, and office operations. Provide support for HR-related tasks (attendance, onboarding documents).

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication (verbal & written). Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Docs & Sheets. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

3. Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Support content creation for social media, blogs, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. Research market trends and competitors to provide insights. Coordinate promotional events and product launches. Help manage e-commerce listings and online customer engagement.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing, social media, and branding. Creative, proactive, and willing to learn. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) is a plus. Good writing and communication skills.
