We need an intern or a part timer to assume clerical duties.

A clerk

performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of an office

. Core duties include managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, data entry, answering phones, and preparing documents and reports.

Key responsibilities



Record and file management:

Organizing, sorting, and maintaining both physical and electronic files, records, and documents.

Data entry:

Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and other software.

Administrative support:

Typing documents, assisting with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing reports or presentations.

Mail and supplies:

Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and managing office supply inventory.

Office equipment:

Operating and maintaining standard office equipment like photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Hiring is immediate.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
