INTERN - WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS

As a Logistics Intern, you will gain practical experience in end-to-end logistics operations with a primary focus on Door-to-Door (D2D) operations. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of logistics, enhance your understanding of warehouse management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: -

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Delivery System Analysis and Tracking (Far Eye):

Analyse and track delivery routes using the Far Eye system. Identify and report discrepancies between planned routes and actual execution (gap analysis).
2. Logistics Entire Process: DO->POD, Return Collection, etc.:

Assist in the documentation and execution of Delivery Orders (DO). Monitor Proof of Delivery (POD) and Return Collection processes. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
3. Documentation, Checklist & Summary Report Analysis:

Maintain and organize logistics-related documents. Analyse checklist and summary reports for operational improvements.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
