The Role:
As a Work & Rewards Intern, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industries.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments, both for business developments and project delivery which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. Our projects range in scope from specific solutions such as base pay program design, job evaluation, pay benchmarking, performance management, competency design and rewards market survey,
A 3-month engagement, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be based in our office and be expected to hit the ground running as a key member of our project teams. In addition to taking part in different project phases (including potentially traveling for fieldwork and client meetings), you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a senior team member as your mentor to support your development.
