The Internal Audit Assistant will support the Internal Auditor in reviewing and monitoring inventory, sales, and operational compliance across all restaurant outlets. This role involves assisting in audits, verifying records, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure all processes comply with company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting stock and sales audits at restaurant locations.
Help verify inventory and POS data accuracy.
Support in detecting and reporting discrepancies, shortages, or errors.
Prepare and organize audit documentation and reports.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure implementation.
Assist in evaluating internal controls and suggesting process improvements.
Collaborate with operations teams to promote compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Basic knowledge of auditing, inventory, or sales processes.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to travel for outlet audits.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
