• Support and assist superior to carry out audit assignments in accordance with Annual Internal
• Audit Plan or on ad-hoc basis within the assigned timeline.
• Understand operational procedures of business cycles assigned by fully utilizing interaction and communication skills.
• Perform audit review to identify, assess the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the established internal control and procedures of business cycles.
• Propose appropriate internal controls to the respective HODs to mitigate risks.
• Monitor the status of the audit findings and follow up with respective HODs.
• Identify areas of control deficiency and adverse activities that are potential red flags.
• Report audit issue with sufficient evidence and recommend actions for improvement or rectification.
• Assist in identifying and assessing potential risk that may bring impact to the group.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

• Pleasant, patient, and approachable when dealing with internal or external people.
• Self-driven & independent in handling tasks assigned under time pressure.
• Proactive, meticulous, well monitoring skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask to complete tasks assigned to meet deadline.
• Possess knowledge in internal audit, governance compliance, related legal requirements, risk management and experience dealing with regulator.
• Good understanding in interpreting relevant acts and regulations.
• Strong in financial knowledge background with good understanding of financial laws and regulations.
• Complete ad-hoc task within the set deadline with minimal mistake as and when assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, or related field of study. Preferably in ACCA, CPA, CIA or other recognized qualification.
• Qualifications include:
• Being observant and has curiosity about business operations.
• Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be stationed at Bintulu factory.
• Willing and able to travel extensively within a short notice period.
• Proficient in English. Ability to read and write Chinese will be an added advantage.
• With minimum two to three years of working experience in operational, financial and
• compliance audit, preferably candidates with exposure in manufacturing environment and willing to pursue a career in manufacturing industry.
• Candidate with external auditing experience or fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bintulu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
