\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:Responsible for administrative functions that include, but are not limited to, the areas outlined below. Ensures the successful completion of short- and long-term assigned projects. Provides expertise, as needed, in support of the internal control\'s functions.Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing the internal auditing and compliance programs.\xc2\xb7 Plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an internal control manual and internal control plan.\xc2\xb7 Conducts and directs audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations identifying potential risk areas and reportable issues.\xc2\xb7 Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls. Assesses the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets.\xc2\xb7 Compiles and issues report detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements to the executive team each quarter, including but not limited to potential risk areas, reportable issues, corrective actions, remediation plans and scheduled effectiveness reviews of remediation plans.\xc2\xb7 Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel. Prepare written reports of internal audit reviews, including findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommended actions.\xc2\xb7 Recommends employee training and modifications to procedures as needed related to compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation.\xc2\xb7 Implements corrective actions and remediation plans with scheduled effectiveness reviews.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and the company\'s adherence to policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Assists with the annual and quarterly external reviews/audits,\xc2\xb7 Accomplishes financial objectives by determining service level required; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.\xc2\xb7 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.\xc2\xb7 Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closurePreferred Skills:\xc2\xb7 BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent related field required.\xc2\xb7 10 years of hands-on independent problem-solving, project management, and analysis experience in the finance, accounting, or auditing areas.\xc2\xb7 5 years of hands-on internal audit experience.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Must be attentive to detail and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.\xc2\xb7 Must be able to maintain confidentiality with the ability to address issues and effect change effectively.\xc2\xb7 Travel required.\xc2\xb7 To be able to drive changes and be a change agentORPreferred Skills:\xc2\xb7 MBA in Accounting or equivalent related field.\xc2\xb7 Professional qualification such as CMA/CFA/CPA.\xc2\xb7 3 years of internal controls management.\xc2\xb7 Expert skills covering internal control documentation, process narratives, process flows, risk assessments, and related areas.\xc2\xb7 Strong independent problem solving, project management, and analytical skills in finance, accounting, or auditing related areas. Detailed understanding of and experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including internal control scoping, documentation, testing, and remediating control deficiencies.Sub Specialization : Finance;Audit & Risk;Finance Managers, Controllers & Directors;Management Accountant;Corporate Finance
