Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangors:
- Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures by reviewing records, reports, operational methods, and documentation.
- Confirm the accuracy of assets and liabilities by comparing them with supporting documentation.
- Prepare audit workpapers comprehensively, detailing audit tests conducted and findings discovered.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems through the completion of audit questionnaires.
- Enhance internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; propose recommendations for new policies and procedures.
- Communicate audit results by preparing a final report and discussing findings with those audited.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving related outcomes as required.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related professional qualification, or possess equivalent credentials.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal audit; experience in manufacturing operations or internal audit is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with responsibility and leadership qualities.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
