Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Compliance Promotion Manager in coordinating and executing audit assignments in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan, assist in conducting risk assessments, and contribute to the drafting, reviewing, and updating of SOPs to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit report, highlighting findings along with practical recommendations for auditee and management. Conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation of corrective actions by auditee/ management. Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation of audit working papers for record-keeping and review purposes. Conduct ad-hoc audits as assigned by the Compliance Promotion Manager, including participation in fact-finding exercises and internal investigations involving compliance violations, misconduct, whistleblowing cases, or other related matters. Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities. Minimum of 1 year of working experience in internal auditing or operation roles in FMCG environment. Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage. Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Able to present audit findings or draft SOPs to Management and auditees during Exit Meetings. Able to carry out audit fieldworks independently by referring to audit programmes/ audit checklist/ guidance provided by Compliance Promotion Manager in effective and efficient manners. Possess the knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications. Willing to travel locally. Possess own transport.
