JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for implementing, directing, and overseeing the internal auditing and compliance programs.
Plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an internal control manual and internal control plan
Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accounting or equivalent related field required.
5 years of hands-on independent problem-solving, project management, and analysis experience in the finance, accounting, or auditing areas
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Professional qualification CPA/ CFA/ CMA/ CIA
Detailed understanding of and experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah
