Position overview

Are you interested in becoming a competent Internal Auditor by assuring that financial and risk controls are in place and effective within the business\xe2\x80\x99s control environment? In this role, you will be performing detailed audit work and assisting in providing assurance over the control and governance processes, and risk management, with the desired outcomes of identification of control issues and improvement opportunities that will assist allnex to be the best in class in governance & control and achieve its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
-Support internal audit activities to align to areas of strategic priority, key risks, and areas/assignments requested by the management.
-Execute internal audit reviews and ensure internal audit is seen as a valuable contributor for the success of the Company.
-Drive and a continued focus on effective management of risk and continuous improvement, maximizing the use of data analytical tools and other technologies.
-Foster and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Support Risk assessment and recommend appropriate audit locations and processes/activities for review.
-Prepare reports of findings and recommendations required for use by the Company and Internal Audit Manager.

Required skills and experience
-Minimum 3-5 years (PQE) of relevant working experience in the manufacturing business.
-Demonstrate the ability to think, plan, and act independently and strategically.
-Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good problem-solving skills; portrait ability in handling challenging disagreements from senior management or stakeholders.
-Good understanding and capabilities with ERP systems - SAP is a plus, and data analytic tools (Alteryx/QPR/Power Query).
-Language skills: strong written and verbal skills in English, fluency in Mandarin is an additional asset.

Qualifications
-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Working towards a professional accounting or audit qualification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CA is a strong advantage.
