The Internal Auditor Protege role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain practical exposure to auditing practices, risk management, and compliance. Under the guidance of senior auditors, the Protege will assist in conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and supporting continuous improvement of organizational processes. This position provides valuable hands-on learning and a pathway for future career development in auditing and governance.

Assist the Internal Audit team in planning, executing, and documenting audit engagements.
Participate in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Support in preparing audit working papers, findings, and draft reports.
Conduct data analysis, document reviews, and assist in interviews/observations during audits.
Follow up on audit recommendations and track progress of corrective actions.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive audit information.
Learn and apply auditing standards, corporate governance principles, and risk management practices.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Possessing a credit in Mathematics is considered an added advantage.
Basic understanding of auditing, accounting, or risk management.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driving license (preferred, if required to travel between sites)
