This Internal Auditor role is designed for individuals with a strong eye for detail and a passion for compliance in this well established company. The position focuses on ensuring the company's operational and financial processes adhere to established standards.

• Collaborate in the planning and execution of audit engagements under the direction of senior team members.
• Assist with process walkthroughs, control evaluations, and identification of potential risk areas.
• Support the development of clear, well-structured audit findings and recommendations.
• Aid in building data analytics tools to identify irregularities and enhance risk analysis.
• Contribute to the refinement of audit practices and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.

Market LeaderRemote working arrangement

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field.
• Brings 5-7 years of experience in internal or external auditing, or a comparable area.
• Knowledgeable in SAP systems and motivated to gain experience with process mining tools.
• Comfortable using basic audit and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, Spanish, Mandarin) are advantageous.
• Willing and able to travel extensively, up to 50%-80%, for audit engagements.
