Internal Exam Executive

Job Description

1. Examination Coordination & Execution



Adhere to established protocols for preparing and executing internal examinations across all schools. Ensure timely collection, vetting, printing, and distribution of exam papers and stationery. Store exam papers securely in both physical and digital formats. Assist in generating IGCSE statistics and internal reports. Issue examination certificates and ensure proper documentation.

2. Stakeholder Liaison & Support



Work closely with teachers from Year 1 to Year 11 on exam-related needs. Follow up with Academic Heads to ensure timely submission of test and exam papers. Communicate with parents regarding student emergencies (injuries, illness, etc.) professionally and promptly. Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Administrative departments as required.

3. Invigilation & Compliance Management



Assist in managing invigilators and ensuring adequate coverage. Train new invigilators and provide annual updates on rule or regulation changes. Ensure exam processes comply with school standards, confidentiality requirements, and data protection needs.

4. Student Data, Records & Reporting



Input and manage student progress reports in a timely and accurate manner. Access, download, and follow up on exam results with teachers. Track student attendance and punctuality. Manage student ID and locker allocations. Maintain proper record-keeping of exam documents and results for easy retrieval.

5. Operational & Administrative Support



Support classroom replacement and relocation logistics where required. Stand in for teachers in classrooms when short-term support is needed.

Requirements and Skills



Diploma or Bachelor's degree Proficiency of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel Good interpersonal and communication skills Accuracy of information Outstanding organisational skills Emotional intelligence and management Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation Upholding a customer-focused approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
