Qualifications Bachelor DegreeDiploma
:
- Attend to trouble tickets raised by product & data engineering team
- Provide 1st and 2nd level of support to internal customers
- Troubleshoot configurations, scripts
- Closely monitors overall internal platforms health and performance
- Escalate issues to the relevant team members and experts
- Completing documentation related to IDP, tools, configuration whether on document files or on Confluence or other documentation tools
- Administering Confluence wiki & reference pages structure
- Has passion for automation culture
- Passions for continuous process improvement
- Eager to explore latest technologies
- High energy level of teamwork spirit
- Has good PR and communication soft skill
- Knows shell scripts, python
- Knows trouble ticket management
- Has experience on Linux Administration
Qualification : Diploma or above
Years of Experience : 2-3 years minimum
Specific Skills / Knowledge and Certification Required : Shell scripts, python, Linux Administration
