We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
Internal Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and providing excellent customer service to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders accurately and promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Update and maintain customer records in the company's sales system.
Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback professionally.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and team player.
