ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Xsolla team is looking for a Internal Technical Support to join our IT team. We need a professional who will provide technical support and consultations for employees and our organization. The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company\'s computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems. \

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical support and consultation of Xsolla employees
• Organization of workplaces (installation, configuration) for employees
• Installing and configuring software
• Technical support of internal events (Meet-up, conferences)
• Maintenance of multimedia equipment, office equipment (printers, projectors, professional audio equipment, access security system)
• LAN maintenance and troubleshooting (Access points, user equipment)
• Setting up and maintaining SIP (Asterisk)
• Maintaining internal documentation and reporting (Confluence)

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a team and communicate with people (800+ employees from all over the world)
• Clear and understandable English
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software problems (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
• Knowledge of basic network protocols and services: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, NAT, VPN
• Ability to work with terminal
• Experience with ServiceDesk systems
• Windows skills at the administrator level
• Knowledge of MacOS and the Apple product line at the administrator level

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Google Workspace administration skills
• Ready to work with non-standard tasks and develop hard skills
