As they expand their operations and product portfolio, they are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join the team. Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of business in the baby products industry. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and nurturing key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the baby products industry through market research, prospecting, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new product or service offerings.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and build professional networks.
Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Continuously seek feedback from customers and incorporate it into the company\'s product development and improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the baby products industry or a related consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the baby products industry, including market trends, key players, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
