Your Program at a Glance
The International Graduate Program offers a structured yet flexible framework to develop your skills, gain diverse experiences, and build a robust international network. The key elements include:

• Rotational Assignments: Work across key areas of Supply Chain and Digital Manufacturing, gaining exposure to advanced supply chain and digitalization solutions, data integration, and operational excellence.
• Global Exposure: Embark on an international assignment of 4-8 months at one of our sites in Asia, Europe, or the Americas. This will allow you to experience a different culture, expand your network, and deepen your understanding of our global operations.
• Mentoring and Training: Benefit from tailored training sessions and individual mentoring to accelerate your professional growth.
• Challenging Projects: Take ownership of impactful projects along the entire Supply Chain

Your Role in Supply Chain
Corporate Supply Chain is at the heart of Infineon's operations, driving the profitable flow of goods from suppliers to customers. As part of this program, you will play a key role in transforming our supply chain processes with innovative solutions and ensuring operational excellence. As a Supply Chain IGP you will:

• Contributing to the design and implementation of innovative supply chain concepts and systems supporting the profitable grow of Infineon.
• Supporting global supply chain optimization through advanced analytics, simulation, and forecasting tools.
• Collaborating across teams to drive process harmonization, improve data management, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Participating in strategic initiatives to develop next-generation supply chain solutions, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your home base will be in Penang.
Your Profile
What we are looking for:
You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics. You don't expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter - you go search for them. You love change - which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry. You are pragmatic and analytic, because we need both at Infineon. Standing still is not your thing. You find inspiration in teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues on the big picture. You can confidently lead and drive results in your field, leveraging your skills and expertise to achieve success.
Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business-related studies, with a keen interest in Supply Chain Management or Business Engineering
• Practical experience in supply chain, digital manufacturing or logistics through internships or academic projects
• An affinity for technology as well as high commitment and willingness to pursue desirable goals
• Knowledge of advanced analytics tools, basic SAP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges
• You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
• And, of course, you speak and write fluent English
