As an IGP Trainee within our Information Technology (IT) department you will explore a fantastic journey within our organization.You will collaborate with your colleagues from IT, the business and external partners. You will learn how globally organized teams interact and actively contribute to design, build and run state-of-the-art IT solutions in an agile environment. Your program consists of the following elements: Get acquainted with the general topics and key aspects of the department where the assignment takes place. Develop a broader technical experience with the objective to recognize and comprehend the interactions business. Analyze and structure given business tasks (e.g. processes/structures, technical optimization) andprovide solution proposals (e.g. lean and efficient process flows). Co-operate in the daily business and collect practical experience. Contribute by personal input, e.g. provide own suggestions, ideas, new ways of approaches. Support the business in creating concepts and problem solving proposals and align this with the responsible interfaces. Responsible for defined (sub-)projects andtasks. Apply existing methods and competencies according the respective tasks and develop these further. Learn and apply (lean-)management and project management methods during (global) IGP-Projects. Develop own personal network within Infineon. Take an active role in the IGP network by attending program events as well as specific IGP trainings. Involve in the document accomplishments and make formal presentation to project team and other IGPs at each project completion. Your Profile You make the impossible possible. Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications: A degreein Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course Demonstrated your leadership skills, for example at university, during internships or during other extracurricular activities You are familiar with programming and can use standard back-office software like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
