International Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
- Position: International Freight Logistics Coordinator.
- Salary: RM 2500-3500.
- Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with Customers, suppliers, overseas agents/offices.
- Coordinating export documentation requirements including receipt and verification of export documentation, issuing booking confirmation.
- Export shipment registration requirements and issue pre alerts to overseas office/agents.
- Assist with coordination of export collection/import deliveries.
- Verification of documents received from overseas to ensure completeness and accurate.
- Invoicing customer/agents and verifying vendor invoices for approval.
- Malaysian female with Diploma qualification in Shipping or Freight Management.
- To be successful in this role, applicant will need to have 1-2 years work experience within a freight forwarding or logistics industry role.
- Possess excellent verbal/written communications skills in this case English and good customer service skills.
- Experience with the computer system Cargowise.
