What will we be expecting you to do?

Work with team members to identify and engage potential customers to meet monthly sales targets Communicate with potential customers, follow up, and close sales through email, text, outbound and inbound calls Handle both outbound calls (sales, follow-ups) and inbound calls (customer inquiries/support) Document client information including phone number, address, and call history accurately Respond professionally to inquiries regarding USA FDA, ISO Process Certification, ISO Product Certification, and ISO Training Arrange audit schedule for auditor

Are you the one we are looking for?

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields preferred Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Malay will be an advantage 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome!) Open to constructive feedback and eager to grow and improve Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills Able to use basic software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
