Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage to identify potential business growth and assess international market trends. Understand and communicate products' features, benefits uses, and support needs to customers. Negotiate terms of contracts and agreement with clients. Ensure that operations and products are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry both locally and internationally. Manage export sales cycle and supply chain. Collaborate with government-related departments, e.g.: MITI, MATRADE, MICCI, and so on. Receive sales orders from international customers and confirm the details (product, price, delivery date, etc.) of their sales orders. Liaising with Purchasing/Procurement Department on current stock/inventory availability, expected receiving dates, and future/forecast stock/inventory levels, matching with customer's sales orders information (product quantity ordered). Arrange overseas shipment (export) with trusted and reliable licensed forwarder. Prepare pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and other necessary documents for export shipment and customer payments. Ability to increase brand visibility and recognition in international markets. Ability to provide support to any relevant parties to resolve any issues related to product delivery, customer service or compliance. Assist in ISO 9001:2015 matters when needed.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales with good record (with supporting documents).

Willing to travel anywhere.

Open minded (willing to work with anyone).

Required Language: English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin would be an advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skill.

A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
