Job Description
Management of multiple outlet operations internationally Support and ensure international outlets are operating up to standard Project management Prepare and plan for new countries\' outlets opening Conduct training for staff Support outlet operations People management Brief and work with international franchisees regarding new product launch Solve international franchisees\' queries and provide solutions. Train and develop the team to offer excellent customer service Analyse products costing Have a good understanding of our products and offerings Other supervisory and management responsibilities Provide reports and feedback regarding international outlets on time Contribute ideas on increasing the profitability and popularity of the company Preferably at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma At least 2 years of working experience in the F&B field Preferably, a candidate who is specialised in Caf /Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent Candidate with training skills/ has managed a team is an added advantage Business improvement mindset [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-zus-coffee-job-international-operations-senior-executive]
