Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate international patients' inquiries, treatment packages, and overall experience.
Arrange travel logistics, accommodation, airport transfers, and other hospitality services.
Liaise with specialists, hospital departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Promote MSUMC's international healthcare and health tourism packages through marketing and outreach activities.
Build and maintain relationships with international agents, embassies, and corporate partners.
Support marketing initiatives focused on expanding MSUMC's international patient base.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international patient services, marketing, or health tourism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Customer-focused, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
