International Payroll & Hr Specialist

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Review/check and verify the overseas employee\'s payroll (weekly/semi-monthly/monthly), ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Ensure all payroll and HR activities comply with global payroll practices and local labour laws in each country where the company has employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for overseas employees for any payroll or HR-related inquiries or issues.
  • Handle the overseas staff\'s annual increment/promotion/bonus/benefits.
  • Review and consolidate payroll data from overseas subsidiaries.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in payroll processing across the organization.
  • Collaborate with an overseas HR Manager/PIC to address compliance gaps.
  • Assist in developing standardized HR documentation and guidelines.
  • To carry up any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors or senior management from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll management and international HR.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and global HR standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
