Plan, prepare and arrange customers shipment every month;
Communicate with customers for orders to be shipped and to meet customers requirement;
Understand export countries regulations;
Follow up customer payment;
Assist in preparing export shipping documents;
Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities;
Provide shipment plan to warehouse department;
Communicate and liaise with various departments to ensure smooth arrangement in all shipments;
Coordinate with freight suppliers and customers on shipping schedules;
Coordinate with certification bodies for documents required;
Prepare and maintain department report every month;
Monitor, guide and assist juniors daily job if any.
Job Requirement:
SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Shipping/ or any field;
Fresh graduate/ entry level/ Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field;
Computer literate;
Positive attitude and self-motivated;
Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner;
Required languages; English, Malay.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
