What is the essence of the role? Joining our international team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to a clientele of top universities all across Asia and Australia.
What will your job look like?

• Performing research to generate leads and establish the first contact with prospective clients by phone, email, social media, etc., including travelling and meeting them face-to-face whenever possible
• Developing sustainable relationships with new and prospective clients (universities and business schools across Asia and Australia) for our event brands and digital media services
• Following up after client meetings \xe2\x80\x93 preparing quotes and negotiating with them until the deal is closed
• Acting as an Account Manager and responding to client requests regarding our products
• Liaising with internal departments and other international business developers to enhance the client experience

The payment structure includes base salary + attractive commissions per sale.
What do you need to be successful?

• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in a sales/business development role. Experience in the Education sector would be considered an advantage.
• A self-driven person with an innovative mindset and the ability to build, maintain and grow client relationships
• Based in Kuala Lumpur, working remotely, and available to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients and participation in our events as a consultant
• Confident MS Office user (especially Excel), comfortable with using a CRM
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
