As the International Business Executive (IBE), you\'ll identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the region, as well as work in tandem with the International Business Manager to nurture and grow existing key accounts. To be successful in this role you\'ll have a deep understanding of the Malaysian market and experience in surrounding SE Asian countries. The ability to speak Cantonese isn\'t a must but it will certainly put you ahead of the competition and fast-track your growth in the company. You\'ll need to travel throughout the region from time to time and all of your travel costs will be 100% covered by the company. Key requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling to retailers in Malaysia and the SE Asian market. A deep understanding of the Malaysian and SE Asian markets and pre-existing relationships with retail buyers. Proven track record of selling F&B, homecare or personal care products to independent retains and food service providers in Malaysia and SE Asia. A hunter mentality, tenaciously committed to hitting your sales targets and growing your market share. Naturally customer-focused, ready to go the extra mile to provide unrivalled service to your customers. Self-motivated, and able to set your agenda and work remotely without the need for micro-management. A knowledge of UK food and beverage brands. The ability to speak Cantonese will be a huge bonus.
