Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, establish relationships, and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Multilingual Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product or service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features to meet their needs and close sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and strategize future sales activities.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
