Job Description


  • Educational Background: A bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. *(FRESH GRADUATES ONLY) *
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be advantages.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Fluency in (Mandarin, English) others multiple languages is highly desirable.*
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, establish relationships, and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Multilingual Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product or service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features to meet their needs and close sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and strategize future sales activities.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, adapting to various cultural and business environments. (India & Thailand Market)
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
