Job Description
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients via WhatsApp. Assist in handling enquiries regarding photography, videography, and related services. Provide accurate information about packages, pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Support scheduling of client projects and maintain updated records in Google Drive. Assist with client feedback handling and follow ups after project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth client experience. (if needed)Requirements
Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Basic computer skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
