As a Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and empowering store staff across retail partners to ensure successful program activations and registrations. You will work closely with the Area Manager to support store operations, ensure smooth implementation of our services, and drive engagement through regular store visits, training, and hands-on assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Train retail store staff on promotions, systems, and reward program steps
Support stores during program rollouts and troubleshoot issues
Plan weekly store visits with the Area Manager
Build strong relationships with store teams through regular visits
1. Store Training & Enablement
Deliver in-store training on procedures, promotions.
Conduct training and refresher sessions to educate store staff on operational processes, promote best practices, and guide them through reward registration steps.
Ensure every store staff is confident and motivated to communicate and implement the program effectively to customers.
2. Activation & Rewards Program Execution
Support stores during their initial program activation and ensure consistent usage of our services.
Monitor and ensure staff registration.
Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting system or rewards registration issues.
3. Route Planning & Store Coordination
Collaborate with the Area Manager to plan weekly store visits based on performance priorities and activation needs.
Ensure efficient coverage planning to visit and train all stores within your assigned region.
4. Relationship Building & Communication
Build a strong rapport with store teams through frequent visits and follow-ups.
Maintain an approachable and helpful presence to boost confidence and adoption among store staff.
Share field insights and challenges to improve overall program execution.
Requirement
Fresh graduates or students looking for a 3-month full-time internship or short-term work experience.
A people-person who is approachable, pleasant, and comfortable speaking to groups.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malay. (Other languages is a bonus)
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
A natural trainer who enjoys coaching others and seeing their success.
Highly organized, able to manage training schedules and store coverage systematically.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently on the ground.
Must possess own transport and a valid driver's license

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
