To attend all incoming and outgoing calls as instructed and takes messages whenever required.
Assist in receiving all work orders and assigning the order to all drivers and ensure all orders are carried out accordingly and in a timely manner.
Responsible for typing, filing, arrange delivery of incoming and outgoing letters, e-mail, memo and all correspondences for the department and maintain proper filing system.
To assist in updating and calculating all driver's commission in a proper record for monthly submission to Finance department in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing report together with supporting documents/pictures for clients on monthly basis.
Assist in ensuring all orders are executed properly and notify superior should there is any disruption arises from time to time.
Assist in safe keeping of all staff's record such as leave application, time slip, salary advance and including petrol usage/receipt of all lorries in a systematic ways.
Assist in replying response through company media social platform such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
