Position: Intern (Real Estate / Property Management)
Location: Level 10, Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley City, Medan Syed Putra Selatan, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

The Real Estate Intern will support the company\'s real estate team in a variety of areas, including valuation, research & consultancy, transactions, and property management. This role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the real estate industry. The Real Estate Intern will work closely with experienced professionals to support the company\'s real estate strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the real estate team in a variety of areas, including valuation, research & consultancy, transactions, and property management.
- Assist with the preparation of valuation reports and presentations.
- Assist in site inspections for different kind of properties and prepare ground work
- Conduct real estate market research to understand market conditions, rental rates, and other relevant data.
- Assist with real estate transactions, including site selection, lease negotiations, and real estate investments.
- Handled day to day maintenance, management operation, administration, accounts & finance of stratified or commercial properties
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and good problem-solving skills
