Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan Basic understanding of accounting principles. Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google sheet. Experience using basic accounting systems (training will be provided). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and able to follow instructions. Tanggungjawab Accounting Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders. Assist in data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and credit notes. Update accounts payable (AP) & accounts receivable (AR). Assist in basic bank reconciliation. Prepare simple reports. Maintain accounting records and filing. Administrative Handle general admin tasks: phone calls, emails, scanning, filing. Assist in bank document and secretary document signatories. Register company vendor. Prepare company formal letter. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or senior staff. Manfaat
